Its time to compare prices!!!

Tuesday, November 27th, 2007

I’m looking for some really good gifts for this Christmas season. I have figure out a few gifts to get people. I’m going to get my sister a mp3 player. To find some great deals, I’ve been using savebuckets.co.uk . They help you compare prices one several different items from different locations to get the best price. I’m always looking for a good deal and this really appeals to me. Their site is really easy to use. You just type in the item that you are looking for into the search and it makes a list of items with the prices right next to them. That is how I found the mp3 player for my sister.  Its really a great way to save some money this holiday season. They also have a feature where you put the price of an item that you want in their form and it attempts to find that item at the price that you desire. That is truly a cool feature. I know where I will be finding my holiday bargains.

KSU Kab - I’m calling you out!!

Tuesday, November 27th, 2007

Ok, I go to the KSU Kab’s website about once or twice a week, you know what never happens??? Updating!!! Could we get an update please??? I would love to hear about something new that KSU KAB is doing, but guess what I can’t find out. Now I know what you are going to say, “go to campus and find out what is going on”. Guess what, I don’t want to drive to campus to figure out what is going on. We live in the age of this thing called the internet. Use it….. There has been no new events posted, besides home coming for over a month… Come on some one give me an update…. Maybe their not doing cool events anymore, if that is the case, tell us that!!!

So stupid..

A must see: St. Augustine Art Walk

Saturday, November 24th, 2007

I travel to Florida quite often and I try to keep an ear open for interesting events that will be happening while I am there. An event that I hear allot about is the St. Augustine Artwalk . This events sound very cool. It is help the first Friday and Saterday of every month. Basically what happens is the in the city of St. Augustine, over 20 art galleries display the work for free. There is also entertainment, refreshments and live music. All the things that one would need to have an enjoyable evening strolling through the town. To make things even better, if you don’t want to walk all over the city there is a free shuttle service that will take one to all the galleries, ensuring that one can see the whole event. This events showcases many famous artist including, Beau Redmond, Jean Troemel, Peter O’Neill, Trip Harrison, Jan Miller, Sydney McKenna, Ray Brilli and others. The First Friday Weekend Art Walk starts at 5:00pm and ends at 9:00 pm. If you love art and are planning a trip to Florida anytime soon, be sure to make one of your stops, the St. Augustine Art Walk I know that it is in my next travel plans.

Great Deal From AAMCO

Friday, November 23rd, 2007

The transmission in the van has been acting up for quite a while and we have been wondering what we should to to fix it. Every place that we went to was insanely expensive and we have been trying to find a cheaper way to get it fixed. Yesterday, my dad just got done getting the vans transmission fixed at AAMCO . The amazing thing about this is that he got a great deal and what is even more amazing to me is that he found the deal right on the AAMCO website. This link to the coupon that my Dad found is right here. He used the one for the hundred dollars off. This really saved us a good chunk of change and made my Dad quite happy.

The also have another great coupon on there where you can get free oil change with work of Fifty Dollars or more. This is another great deal saver offered my AAMCO.

I must say I’m very impressed to see a company offering such great deals to its customers. Usually companies try and take money from their customers. AAMCO seems to me more interesting in what is better for their customers. That truly impresses me. You should really check out their great deal.

The fun is over!!

Friday, November 23rd, 2007

Now that the Holidays are coming to an  end, its time to start thinking about finishing the semester. This is something that I’m really not looking forward to. I’m got a bunch of work to do to finish this semester off the right way. I’m really want to end this thing on a good foot. I’m not sure that this will be possible. I hope everyone else is wrapping up their final projects and getting some good grades.
